Wii hits Japanese market.

Wii sold out in just hours when hitting the Japanese market. All 400 000 consoled we're gone on the release day leaving alot of fans without one. But there were about 1000 000 consoles ready for the market so expect to get one in the next few days if you´r in Japan and wanna get you´r own.
That means the Wii have sold over 1 million consoles already.
Nintendo says they expect to have sold 4 million consoles by the end of the year.

Winter for Wii

Later today SSX Wii will be presented. And a trailer will be released. The fight between SSX and 1080 will probably be hard as with all sports games.

Europe to get boxed Wii Sports

The PAL version of the Wii Sports will ship in a boxed version rather then the bare disc the North America market got.
Another good thing about the PAL version of Wii is that when you hook it up and try to update it it wont crash. So thats one major bug we wont have to worry about.
GG Nintendo!

Nintendo secret game to come?

Matt of IGN said "Sometime during the next month, I will be playing a Wii game from a major publisher that none of you have any idea exists."
I have not a clue what game it might be, so you guess is as good as mine.
Read Matt's blog here.

More games added to Nintendo virtual console

Nintendo keeps adding virtual console games at an impressive rate. So far there ate 17 titels availible, and more are about to come.
The latest games added are Golden Axe, Ecco the Dolphin and Super Star Soldier. Wii has pledged that they are gonna add 10 virtual games every month. Im sure everyone will find atleast one new game a month they like.

How about Goldeneye you say.
Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime recent interview with MTV brought us a little light on the Goldeneye situation. Reggie said the they are woking on it.
"Would I love to see it on virtual console? Absolutely. But there are a lot of issues there. Suffice it to say we would love to see it, so we're exploring all the rights issues."

The thing that makes me sad it to hear that Super Mario Galaxy might be coming as late as Christmas next year. But he also said that Metroid Prime will be released sometime around April-May.
